Kate Hudson Sued Over Eco-Friendly Haircare Product

Despite Kate Hudson’s attempt to create a line of eco-friendly haircare products made from “samples of environmental life and volcanic ash found on the Vanuatu Islands, ” scientists at 220 Laboratories, who claimed that they discovered and provided the ingredient, are suing her and her partner David Babaii for stealing their idea and going with another manufacturer.

There are apparently 17 causes of action against Kate and her pal, including breach of contract.

So what does Kate have to say? She has apparently never met the plaintiffs in her life.

Now I wouldn’t put it past Kate to be a little ditzy since she is the daughter of Goldie Hawn, but why would a laboratory make this story up about sweet little Kate?

Maybe Kate should just take her green haircare products and give them all to her ex husband Chris Robinson. He could use a good wash.

Or she can get stranded on an island with her buddy Matthew McConaughey…again…in another movie. He looks like he takes good care of his golden locks.
