Pamela Anderson and Her Eco-Friendly Building Developments

Did you know that Pamela Anderson is Canadian? And that she is planning to build an 83-unit, eco-friendly condominium-townhouse development near her grandparents’ property in Ladysmith, Canada?

Yeah, I didn’t either.

But according to this article from the Canada.com network, all of this is true, and some of the green features of the development will be:

  • A geothermal heat exchange system
  • Pavement that is water-permeable
  • A recirculating pond and stream to prevent heavy runoff

This isn’t the only green project Pamela is planning.

After traveling to Abu Dhabi for a trip with the Make a Wish Foundation, she fell in love with the place and has decided to build an eco-conscious hotel.

She says, “It’s built with no fossil fuel at all….in Abu Dhabi - where they have all that oil.”

Once again, I am baffled. But it is true. Just read the article from Business Intelligence.

I admit that I am not a fan of Pamela, and swore I never would be, but after reading these articles I kind of, just a tiny bit, respect her. Well, at least her motives. Just a little.

I’m thinking that Pamela’s green ways has rubbed off on her ex Tommy Lee, and that’s why he’s doing the new Planet Green show Battleground Earth: Tommy Lee vs. Ludacris.
