Sheryl Crow Would Not Be Happy With the Winner of the 4th Annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest

Sheryl Crow is a huge advocate of preserving the trees in our environment.

In a USAToday blog she recently stated,”I propose a limitation be put on how many squares of toilet paper can be used in any one sitting. Now, I don’t want to rob any law-abiding American of his or her God-given rights, but I think we are an industrious enough people that we can make it work with only one square per restroom visit, except, of course, on those pesky occasions where 2 to 3 could be required. When presenting this idea to my younger brother, who’s judgment I trust implicitly, he proposed taking it one step further. I believe his quote was, “how bout just washing the one square out.”

So what do you think she would say about the winner and other contestants of the 4th annual toilet paper contest? This “plush” event was hosted in New York by Ripley’s Believe it or Not, where the final three designers squared off for a $1,000 grant prize.

The winner was Katrina Chalifoux of Rockford, Illinois.

Here are some dresses from the contest:

It certainly would be funny to see Sheryl show up at the contest in New York, rampaging on stage with her guitar in hand singing “All I Wanna Do is Have Some Trees.”
